Shipments are made by express courier, which ensures shipping within 24 hours. After shipment, an email will be sent containing the link to follow the delivery updates. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 7.00 to 19.00.
We recommend that you enter an address where the courier can find someone to collect the package. It is not necessary to indicate a home, you can safely have your order delivered wherever you prefer, for example in the office.
The courier will make a first delivery attempt, in case it is not successful it will try a second time the following working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will go into storage and additional costs may be charged for the release.
SALVATORE CIMMINO assumes no responsibility for any delays due to transport but we will try to assist you and to urge the carriers to allow you to receive your order as soon as possible.
At the time of delivery we invite you to check the integrity of the package, in case you should find anomalies(open envelope, closed package with another tape, openings, etc.) the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier / forwarder or to accept the delivery “with reserve”, specifying the problem encountered. In case of unreserved signature, no claims will be accepted if the product is damaged.
Any anomalies or defects found on a product must be reported within 24 hours, cash based on the proof of delivery provided by the carrier, from receipt of the product using the email address ordini@salvatorecimminobespoke.com. Complaints will not be accepted and it will not be possible to take advantage of the right of withdrawal for reports received after the time limit indicated.
